I unfortunately, do not understand zip files, ged files etc and therefore I do not have the confidence to carry out any more attempts at saving the project. What is the best programme to use for family tree and would any new programme that I buy have to be copied in the same way? I am not that computer savvy either but using Nero did it for me.
